Terms and Conditions of Use

Introduction

The purchase of products available on Melabevo is governed by the following General Terms and Conditions of Sale, published on www.melabevo.it. By placing an order, the customer unreservedly accepts the terms set out herein.

These conditions regulate the commercial relationship between Melabevo and its customers (hereinafter “Buyer/s”). Any additional clause or request from the customer that is not expressly accepted in writing by Melabevo shall have no contractual value.

Products

The descriptions and images of the products on Melabevo are provided for informational purposes only and may slightly differ from reality. For any clarification or specific request, the customer is invited to contact us before making a purchase.

Products displayed as available may, for technical reasons, be temporarily out of stock. In the event of unavailability after an order has been placed, the customer will be promptly informed and may decide whether to wait for restocking, modify the order, or receive a refund.

Sales made on Melabevo fall under the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 206/05 (Articles 50–68) on distance contracts.

Registration and Account

Registration is not required to make purchases on Melabevo as B2C customers. However, registration as Restaurateurs allows access to prices dedicated to the restaurant sector.

During registration, the following information will be requested:

• Name
• Email
• Password

Registered users may update their data at any time by accessing the “My Account” section.

If an invoice is required, it must be requested immediately after placing the order by sending an email to info@melabevo.it.

Orders

Orders can be placed directly on Melabevo and will be processed only after payment has been received. Each order must include all necessary details (product description, quantity, any special requests).

Orders can only be cancelled with written consent from Melabevo. Otherwise, any costs already incurred for order management may be charged.

Order processing is subject to stock availability and expected shipping times.

Shipping and Delivery

Melabevo ships throughout Italy via selected couriers. Orders are delivered within 48 hours of payment. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and are generally between 1 and 5 working days.

Shipping rates are clearly indicated during checkout. Melabevo is not responsible for any delays caused by the courier.

Intellectual Property

All content on Melabevo (texts, images, logos, graphics) is the exclusive property of Melabevo or its suppliers. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

Changes to Terms

Melabevo reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on the website and communicated to registered users with 30 days’ notice.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of disputes, an amicable resolution will be sought first. If this is not possible, the competent court will be that of the customer’s residence, in accordance with Italian law.

Limitation of Liability

Melabevo shall not be held liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the website or the purchased products, except in cases provided by law.

Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without having to provide any reason. To exercise the withdrawal, a written notice must be sent to info@melabevo.it.

The return conditions are as follows:

• The product must be intact, in its original packaging, and without signs of use.
• The refund will be made within 30 days of receipt of the return, net of shipping costs.
• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Refund Policy

Refunds are not accepted for purchases already made, except in the case of damaged or incorrect products. Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of goods.
